If there is no damage and the balance is current.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

We offer early termination after 6 months.

Can I change to a month-to-month lease after my first year?

After the year lease has been completed.

What utilities are included in my lease?

Utility fee covers water, heat, trash and sewer.

How long is the term of the lease?

12 months.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

Call the leasing office, we will be happy to put in a ticket or you can submit the ticket yourself.

When is my rent payment due?

Between the 1st and 5th.

What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

On the 6th of the month.

Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?


Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?

Yes. There is a drop box on the side of the leasing office.

There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted?

No, they must apply and be approved to live on our property.
